Curriculum
Beginner:
This
module is designed for those with no prior exposure to English. Students
will begin with the alphabet and numbers. Basic sentence structure and
phrases related to everyday "survival" situations are covered.
The course is an introduction to basic vocabulary and grammar; these will
be taught through asking and answering questions used in everyday situations.
The course includes some writing of basic sentences, phrases, and expressions.
This course provides you with basic communication skills and English grammar.
You learn to construct simple to complex sentences and develop vocabulary
skills that will eable you to participate in small group discussions.
This module is designed
to be completed in approximately 20 hours of private sessions or 30 hours
of group sessions. Exam will be given in the final lesson.

Intermediate level
one:
This course reinforces
the fundamental grammar and vocabulary needed for basic communication.
Emphasis will be put on spoken English, however, reading and writing are
also included. This course covers all the basic verb tenses, and is geared
at students who have some communicative proficiency. Oral competency is
highly emphasized. Instruction will include more complex grammar and idiomatic
expressions.
In this course you
will become aware of the relationship between grammar and the meaning
of the sentence. You participate in group discussions and practice giving
short talks developing your fluency in speaking and writing.

Intermediate level
two:
This course enhances
your ability to communicate with and understand English speakers. You
will increase grammatical accuracy in writing and speaking and develop
your reading comprehension. Students will gain fluency and improve listening
comprehension, reading, and grammar skills. In addition, vocabulary and
idioms are emphasized.

to be completed in approximately 20 hours of private sessions or 30 hours
of group sessions. Exam will be given in the final lesson.

Advanced:
This
courses is geared to further develop your fluency in speaking, reading,
listening and speaking. You will attain a high command of vocabulary words
and idioms to help you participate in class discussions. This will give
you a stronger foundation in grammar, develop your ability to react to
readings and enhance active listening skills.

module is designed to be completed in approximately 20 hours of private
sessions or 30 hours of group sessions. Exam will be given in the final
lesson.

Business English:(High-Intermediate
through Advanced levels)
In this class students
will

TOEFL
TOEFL classes are
available for advanced English students who are ready to pursue a university
education. This course prepares you for the TOEFL test. In addition to
covering the various subject matters included in the TOEFL test, sample
computer-based tests will be given and reviewed throughout the course.
All American universities and colleges require the foreign students to
take the TOEFL exam before attending. The TOEFL class requires a placement
test to determine if you are ready for this program.
